Courtney Thompson is the founder and CEO of Consigliera LLC and the creator of the UNCULT framework. She spent nearly two decades at the C-suite level of the mortgage and financial services industry — EVP roles, Fortune 500 clients, a J.D.
She teaches as an adjunct professor at Michigan State University College of Law and has completed more Ironman triathlons than she will admit to in polite company. UNCULT is what she built when she stopped buying the map and started walking.

At UNCULT, MC is two things at once: the mortar and the memory. She holds the community together with the same quiet steadiness she has brought to every project that ever had her fingerprints.
